3.1. Parts of the Manuscript

Submitted manuscripts should consist of the following parts (items in square brackets are optional):

  1. Title page
  2. [Dedication page]
  3. Table of Contents
  4. [Foreword]
  5. [Preface]
  6. [Acknowledgements]
  7. Complete text (chapters, articles, etc.)
  8. [Tables]
  9. [Figures, maps, and other illustrations]
  10. [Appendices]
  11. Bibliography
