Author Submission Guidelines

CJP also publishes annually a Supplementary Volume of original papers on a selected theme of contemporary philosophical interest. This supplementary volume is free to all subscribers to the journal in that year. These supplementary volumes may also be ordered separately by writing to:

Since 2002 the Journal has awarded an annual Canadian Journal of Philosophy Prize of $1,000 to the best paper accepted by the editors in a given calendar year. Papers submitted in a previous year are eligible if they are accepted in the relevant year; papers solicited and not voted on by the editors are not eligible. Past winners of the prize are Richard Heck (2002) and Peter Carruthers (2003)
