Examination Copy Policy
The University of Calgary Press is pleased to provide examination copies (for books not yet adopted) to faculty teaching at universities, colleges, and educational institutions in appropriate fields, subject to appropriateness and availability of stock. Examination copies are sent at the discretion of the Academic Book Coordinator only to those individuals considering the book for classroom adoption.
Requests may be submitted on institutional letterhead (by fax or mail) or by e-mail. Please include the following information: academic rank, department, course name, semester, course start date, and anticipated enrollment.

If you decide to adopt the text, orders may be placed through the University of Calgary Press, or through your university or college bookstore. All orders from Canada will be forwarded to our distributor, uniPRESSES c/o Georgetown Terminal Warehouses for fulfillment.
Desk Copy Policy
A complimentary desk copy will be provided once proof of course adoption has been received. Please contact Kellie Moynihan, Academic Book Coordinator, to arrange for desk copies.
